Duncan Mckenzie

Director

Duncan has more than seven years of experience in property development, including two years of specialisation in the renovations sector. In that time, he has honed and perfected his project management skills. Duncan knows precisely what it takes to add value to a property. He’s imaginative – with an eye for detail in design. But perhaps most importantly, he’s hyper-aware of those renovation areas in which people are likely to go overboard and do too much. This makes him a strong ally for anyone performing renovations on a rigid budget.

Duncan lives with his wife and son in Auckland. When he’s not working with clients to transform their properties, he enjoys being outdoors playing golf and football.

Josh Moncur

Director / Construction Manager

Josh has over 10 years of experience in the building trade, becoming a qualified builder and gaining his LBP in his early 20’s. In that time he has gained an exceptional knowledge in all aspects of building. He has spent most of his time around renovations of high end villa’s and bungalow’s giving him that specific eye to detail every good builder needs. Due to his friendly and knowledgeable personality, he is a great help to anyone wanting any building work completed.

Richard Mullen

Development Manager

Richard has been involved in the building trade for six years, and in that time he has developed a passion for property renovation. He’s an excellent project manager who loves nothing more than seeing a previously unliveable property transform into a warm and welcoming home. His ability to envision a property’s potential even as it stands in a state of disrepair and neglect enables him to add value in unexpected ways.
